Tonic will be hosting its second Wine Dinner. Chef Matt Crist, once the chef at Deep Blue from 2010-2012, currently at the Ebbitt Room in Cape May NJ, will be back cooking with Tonic’s Chef Patrick Bradley. The 4 course menu is set to include items such as Olive Oil Poached Shrimp and Braised Veal Cheeks. This is one dinner you don’t want to miss out on!
