We have our Firefly Festival Ticket Giveaway TONIGHT from 4pm-6pm. There will be winners every 20 minutes, so make sure you’re there the whole time for a better chance to win!!
This Thursday, from 6:30-11pm, Tonic will be hosting its second Wine Dinner. Chef Matt Crist, once the chef at Deep Blue from 2010-2012, currently at the Ebbitt Room in Cape May NJ, will be back cooking with Tonic’s Chef Patrick Bradley. The 4 course menu is set to include items such as Olive Oil Poached Shrimp and Braised Veal Cheeks. Check out our Event page for more information!
On Friday, Charlotte Hash Band will be performing from 8-11pm, followed by 8 Track Trio on Saturday, April 1st, from 8-11pm. It’s no joke! Enjoy our dinner specials along with these great bands!!
Then, on April 6th, we will be hosting the 40th anniversary of the Grgich Hills Estate. Chef Patrick Bradley will be pairing a 4 course dinner with Grgich wines for the evening. It will include:
Herb Polenta- Spinach, roasted red peppers, blue cheese aioli
Seared Tuna- Toasted Flatbread, Citrus Salsa
Beef Wellington- Horseradish Cream
1-Lobster Crepe- Ginger Carrot Salad, English Pea emulsion
2-Goat Cheese Gnocchi- Duck Confit, Pistachios, Arugula, Fried Shallots, Beet Essence
3-Double Lam Chop- Pomegranate, Crispy Shallots, Braised Mustard Greens, Turnips
4-Salted Carmel Pot De Crème, Pecan Shortbread
